The Great Cookie Exchange 2006

Heather at Everything Under the Moon had the wonderful idea of starting a cookie exchange!

My mom's closest friend would make these over the Holidays! Growing up when we went to visit her, she was sure to have these.

Reese's Peanut Butter Bars

1 1/2 cp. Graham crackers, crushed

1 lb. powdered sugar

1 1/2 cps. extra crunchy Peanut Butter

1 cp. melted butter

12 oz. chocolate chips

1. In a bowl mix all ingredients except chocolate well. Pat into buttered 9x 13 pan.

2.Melt Chocolate Chips. Pour over top, and refrigerate for 10-15 min. Cut into small squares and refrigerate again until solid.
