My name is Christine and I am a Southeren Californian native, transplanted to Phoenix, Arizona, where I have been raising my family for the last ten years. Owning a restaurant has been my dream since I was around eight years old, when I made my first cake, made from 'Butter Mints'. While I have just started on my Culinary Arts Degree, with hopes of graduating, and becoming a Pastry chef in one of Scottsdale's finest restaurants, the choices are endless. real icicles are every bit as beautiful as that one. When they are hanging from the trees they are breath taking.

I almost thought that there was cool weather in Arizona. It's been in the 90's in Southern CA.
I'd never seen them either until I moved here and learned those things can be dangerous- beauty always is, right? thanks.
