When I was in food service at this resort in CA, I used to carry a travel size mouthwash and a tooth brush, so my teeth would be so fresh and so clean after I ate on my break. Made better tips with a minty smelling mouth. Any kind will do, but I like Listerine (not the Original). Yes, I'm still in the habit of brushing,flossing and using mouthwash after every meal. I had braces for almost 4yrs. I have a pretty smile now, and I intend to keep it.

Quiznos is yummy! :) That's one of the fast food places that I miss here in Germany.

Did you ever get that ( I forget what its called) bread thingie at Quiznos that has soup or chili in it? Its like a bowl made out of bread. I get the chili, it is so good. I have never got a sub there yet, but I hear they are very good. Try the bread bowl, its very good!

I wish I had the drive to floss every day. My dentist says, You don't have to floss all your teeth....just the one you want to keep. I like the first part of that sentence. :)
